We also have considerable experience working in the corporate world directly. So we are very selective about who we take on as associates. – Proven track record within learning & development covering forum theatre, role play, facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, influencing, critical conversations, presentation skills training, course design, public speaking

– Several years direct experience working in financial services, blue chips or professional services

– Background as an actor with good credits

– A non-relevant degree
