Training Facilitator, London

David Kershaw

Associate Trainer

David trained as an actor at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA), graduating in 1984 as a medallist with several distinctions.  He enjoyed many years of a successful career in theatre, TV and feature film but it was branching out into directing theatre productions that excited his fascination in the behaviours of a good manager and leader.

He has spent the past 15 years studying and articulating these behaviours whilst working as a coach and training facilitator of behavioural change with thousands of individuals from more than 200 organisations from all sectors of the economy: from local authority street-cleaners to private sector CEOs.

David specialises in helping the individuals he works with better understand their own behaviour, and explore alternatives to their habitual responses to challenging interactions in the workplace.  His objective is to add value by helping them overcome problematic relations with colleagues; improve their personal impact; more effectively communicate their message and better manage themselves in high stress situations – always in ways that are sustainable and authentic for them.  Participants leave a session with David equipped with pragmatic and practical strategies and techniques to deal excellently with whatever challenging situation they face.
