Paul Hessey
Associate Trainer
Paul has worked for several years as a communication trainer, facilitator and roleplayer across a wide range of sectors including Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, the NHS and other Public Services. He specialises in Leadership, Management and Communication Skills and delivers training in areas such as interview skills, appraisal, feedback, coaching, conflict resolution, sales and negotiation.
He had a successful career in Investment Management for Allianz Dresdner as a Director in the Quantitative Investment Management Team and continues to work as a consultant in the Financial Services Sector. Paul also worked for Kleinwort Benson Investment Management as an analyst. Paul designs and delivers training programmes as lead trainer in presentation skills, appraisal, feedback, coaching, influencing, conflict resolution, negotiation) as well as experiential facilitation such as roleplay and forum theatre.
As a business consultant Paul enjoys working on a variety of projects including working with startups to investigate and recommend strategies for obtaining public funding for business development; specialist consultancy in investment banking and financial services; advice on design of training programmes in investment banking and infrastructure finance for local government.
Paul holds a BSc Economics from the University of Bristol.
