- To convey message about revolutionary new technology with clarity and “wow factor”

- Provided constant, ongoing rehearsal over 3 days
- Structured the script to allow speakers flexibility for natural pauses, spontaneous humour, audience interaction, audience questions
- Provided tuition in stagecraft: physicality on stage & working with microphones floor marks, sound cues, light cues
- Introduced use of actors playing characters within presentation
- Ongoing performance feedback and specific notes eg. attention to vocal delivery; pace, intonation, gesture, posture

- Greater confidence in using stage space, dealing with audience and working to cues
- Honed ability to “improvise” when technical problems were encountered
- Created short, punchy presentation which worked perfectly with new technology that was unveiled
- Use of actors added to theatricality – audience were entertained whilst taking away the core message
