  • Created bespoke 2 day course ICE – Intense Communication Experience
  • Plenary sessions focused on interactive group exercises and discussion around SBDI behaviour model and core company values
  • Break out sessions comprised 1:2 coaching, bespoke role play, elevator pitches, and repeated rehearsal with ongoing facilitator feedback and introduced effective model for peer observational feedback
  • Further break outs for intensive 1:1 coaching and personal presentation impact focusing on posture, vocal quality, body language, gesture with video playback
  • Solo presentations to entire group with group feedback around structuring, performance and style

  • Specific, tailored takeaway learning points for all participants were fed back into personal development plans
